Bilingual HR Coordinator, Manufacturing Description
Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Bilingual HR Coordinator to add to their team in Balch Springs, TX. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, benefits, employee records, recruiting coordination, HR tracking, and employee support, while partnering with a third-party HR/benefits/payroll provider. You will spend most of your time in the office while also regularly supporting employees on the production floor. To be considered, you must have at least two years of HR experience in a manufacturing, industrial or production environment, experience working with an outsourced HR, payroll, or benefits provider, and professional working proficiency in Spanish. To be successful, you must be proactive, organized, and comfortable taking initiative in a growing environment. Bilingual HR Coordinator, Manufacturing Responsibilities
• Support onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee file maintenance
• Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and general employee questions
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendor on payroll updates, benefits inquiries, and HR support needs
• Support recruiting with job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication
• Maintain HR records including training logs, acknowledgments, and certifications
• Provide administrative support for employee relations matters (notetaking, filing, scheduling)
• Assist with updates to HR documents and handbook materials
• Help coordinate company meetings, employee recognition, and events
• Maintain basic HR tracking spreadsheets (headcount, new hires, terminations)
• Support employees in the office and on the production floor with routine HR needs
Bilingual HR Coordinator, Manufacturing Qualifications
• 2+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing, industrial or production environment required
• Outsourced HR/payroll/benefits provider experience (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Insperity) required
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish required
