A leading industrial company is seeking an experienced HSE Director with a strong background in industrial safety, occupational health, environmental management, and strategic leadership within manufacturing environments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in senior management or leadership positions within HSE.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1) – Mandatory. Excellent communication skills in technical, operational, and executive environments. Please note that part of the interview process will be conducted in English.
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety, process safety, risk assessment, and accident prevention.
- Experience with HSE management systems, compliance audits, performance indicators, and continuous improvement.
- Solid understanding of occupational health, environmental regulations, and industrial safety standards.
- Experience in environmental management, regulatory compliance, permits, and interaction with government authorities.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and promote a strong safety culture.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and industrial processes.
- Chemical industry experience is highly preferred but not mandatory. Candidates from other industrial and manufacturing sectors are welcome.
