Bilingual Human Resources Recruiting Supervisor
Location: Brandon, SD
Are you passionate about recruiting, employee development, and creating a positive workplace culture? PIPESTONE is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Recruiting Supervisor to help attract, onboard, and support employees across our organization while building strong relationships with team members and farm operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead recruiting efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple locations
- Coordinate and support new employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Monitor and assist with employee mentor programs and retention initiatives
- Partner with production teams to support on-farm employee development
- Schedule interviews and meetings while supporting HR projects and initiatives
- Create and manage job advertisements and recruitment activities
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Swine industry or agricultural background preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to various company locations as needed
- Ability to participate in meetings and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
