Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage options
- Deliver outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish
- Support agents with day-to-day client needs and office operations
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling to better protect clients
- Build strong, long-lasting client relationships
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (preferred)
- Bilingual English & Spanish
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service or insurance experience preferred
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
