We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our clients and sales team through day-to-day service, policy assistance, and relationship management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and working in a collaborative environment.
- Base salary of $27,319 per year plus commission and bonus incentives, year-end total $30,000-$45,000
- Monday through Friday schedule

Responsibilities
- Answer client inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Assist with quotes, policy changes, payments, and service requests
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Review audits and policy details
- Support team members to ensure excellent client service
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish required
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized with solid time management abilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
