The Kyle MacVicar Allstate Agency is growing and looking for a motivated, customer-focused Bilingual Insurance Sales & Service Representative to join our Kent, WA team!

NO COLD CALLING! You'll work primarily with our existing customers, helping them with their insurance needs while identifying opportunities to recommend additional coverage and earn commissions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance questions, policy changes, and coverage reviews
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and recommend additional insurance products
• Build relationships with existing customers
• Handle inbound calls and assist walk-in customers
• Meet individual sales and service goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service in both Spanish and English

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English — REQUIRED

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable recommending products, discussing coverage, and closing sales

• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

• Willing and able to work full-time in our Kent, WA office

Licensing & Experience

• Washington Property & Casualty Insurance License Required

• Insurance sales or customer service experience is a plus

• Willing to train motivated candidates who can obtain their P&C license before starting employment
