We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Line Lead to support daily production operations, lead team members, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will play a key part in driving production success.

Pay & Shifts

1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $20/hr
Weekend Shift: Saturday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $20/hr

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate production line employees to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Monitor production performance, output, scrap, and downtime; escalate issues as needed
  • Assist with line setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting equipment or process issues
  • Train and mentor employees on procedures, safety practices, and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and food safety requirements
  • Communicate daily production goals and expectations to the team
  • Coordinate staffing and workflow to meet production schedules
  • Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve production issues
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports
  • Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promote teamwork and a positive, respectful work environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of production workflows and manufacturing processes
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
