A remote, skills-first opportunity for a bilingual (English/Spanish) nurse to work as a Virtual Medical Assistant supporting a US healthcare practice — patient support, care coordination, and EMR documentation, with room to grow into functional medicine or wellness-focused work.
What you'll do
Speak with your patients every week, in English or Spanish, whichever they are comfortable in
Work with them on the everyday things that move their health: what they eat, how they move, whether they are taking their medication
Shape their care plan with the supervising provider and adjust it as they progress
Keep clear notes in the practice EMR after every call
Raise anything clinically concerning with the provider straight away
Requirements
Nursing qualification (degree or licence)
Bilingual fluency, English and Spanish
Reliable internet and a private home workspace
Available during US business hours
Strong plus
Remote or in-person US healthcare experience
US EMR/EHR familiarity
Functional/integrative medicine or wellness background
Health coaching certification
