Bilingual Paralegal - Global Law Firm - Dubai

Aventus is currently working with a leading international law firm in Dubai looking to hire a bilingual Arabic / English Paralegal to support its Corporate and Litigation teams.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established international practice, working closely with lawyers on a broad range of corporate, commercial and contentious matters.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:• Drafting legal documents and correspondence in Arabic and English.• Supporting the Corporate and Litigation teams on ongoing client matters.• Liaising directly with UAE government authorities, courts and relevant institutions.• Coordinating filings, notarisation, visa applications and licensing procedures.• Managing client communications and administrative requirements.

𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲:• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken – essential.• Previous paralegal experience within a UAE law firm, ideally supporting Corporate and / or Litigation teams.• Familiarity with UAE government procedures, filings and regulatory requirements.• Strong organisational, drafting and communication skills.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
