Are you a senior paralegal with strong U.S. civil litigation experience and full English–Spanish fluency? This is a unique opportunity to work directly with leadership at a boutique litigation firm in Miami, owning cases end‑to‑end.

This is not a junior support role. We’re looking for someone autonomous, strategic, and litigation‑driven.

⚖️ Key Responsibilities

• 📄 Draft pleadings, motions, discovery & trial documents
• 📚 Legal research and litigation timelines
• 🗂️ Manage e‑filings, calendaring & case systems
• 📞 Client communication, intake & case updates
• 📑 Prepare hearings, depositions & trial materials

✅ Requirements

• ✔️ 5+ years in U.S. civil litigation (Florida preferred)
• ✔️ C1 / Fully bilingual English & Spanish
• ✔️ Strong drafting & procedural knowledge
• ✔️ Experience with e‑filing & case management tools
• ✔️ Independent, detail‑oriented & deadline‑driven
