Bilingual Pharmacy Technician

Candidate will be responsible for telephonic outreach by the pharmacy department for the MyMeds Program. Will provide outreach to non-adherent patients to assist in refilling maintenance medication. Will also coordinate refills and 90 day prescriptions with Pharmacy and Prescriber.
Essential Functions:
- Enter data of prescription orders.
- Validate member information on member prescription requests.
- May stock, dispense or package medication.
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must have Pharm Tech certification in CA
- Must be bilingual (Spanish)
- At least 1 year of pharmacy experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; Good interpersonal skills
- Computer Proficient: Basic excel knowledge
