We’re hiring a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) for our Northfield staffing branch.

What do Bilingual Recruiters do?

• Match qualified candidates with great job opportunities.
• Develop recruiting strategies for our clients.
• Translate for applicants and assist them throughout the application process.
• Establish relationships with customers and associates.
• Assist with payroll functions.

Requirements of the Bilingual Recruiter:

Experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service is preferred.

We’re happy to train those who have great phone etiquette, enjoy working with people, have good communications skills, self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
