Bilingual Rental Brokerage Virtual Assistant
WE’RE HIRING: Bilingual Rental Brokerage Virtual Assistant (English–Spanish)
💻 Remote | Part-Time with potential for Full-Time
⏰ Approximately 25 hours/week | Proposed Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–7:00 PM EST, Friday 10 AM - 3 PM
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound client communication in English and Spanish
* Respond to rental inquiries from prospective tenants and landlords
* Manage rental leads and schedule property showings
* Assist with tenant pre-screening and rental applications
* Coordinate background checks, credit checks, and required documentation
* Follow up with prospective tenants and landlords
* Update CRM records, rental listings, and application statuses
* Organize lease documents and maintain accurate records
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:
* Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
* Confident handling live phone conversations in both languages
* Strong customer service and administrative experience
* Excellent organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills
* Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
* Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
* Comfortable working the proposed EST schedule
Highly Preferred:
* Experience in real estate, rental brokerage, leasing, or property management
* Knowledge of tenant screening, rental applications, and lease documentation
* CRM and lead management experience
* Experience supporting U.S.-based clients
