Bilingual Sales Concierge

Job Responsibilities & Expectations

Must be able to work Monday-Saturday between the hours of 9am to 9pm and Sunday between 10am to 7pm **Weekend shifts required**

Initiate conversation

Provide excellent customer service

Be positive and professional

Stay current on Bluegreen’s offerings and portfolio

Must be able to successfully pass a background check

Must be able to work while standing on feet throughout shift

Compensation & Benefits

Sales Representatives working 30-hours a week earn on average $40k -60k annually (detailed compensation plan to be provided upon hire)

Includes guaranteed hourly base + eligibility for commissions based on number of package sales per week

No experience required

6 months previous customer service or sales experience, preferred
