Bilingual SAP Manufacturing Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking bilingual Spanish/English SAP professionals to support manufacturing, materials, inventory, and warehouse operations in an on-site environment.

The primary objective of this role is to help Spanish-speaking operational personnel effectively use SAP in their day-to-day activities. The position combines functional support, troubleshooting, process guidance, and end-user training across a manufacturing environment.

The Opportunity

The primary consultant profile requires strong SAP Production Planning experience, with complementary exposure to Materials Management, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management. Candidates should also understand basic SAP EDI and IDoc processes.

Experienced SAP business or end users with extensive hands-on MM, WM, or IM transactional experience may also be considered when they demonstrate strong functional knowledge and the ability to train and support Spanish-speaking users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day SAP functional support to manufacturing and warehouse personnel.
• Assist Spanish-speaking users with SAP transactions, business processes, and operational issues.
• Provide training and process guidance to manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and warehouse teams.
• Troubleshoot SAP functional issues and help identify appropriate resolutions.
• Support production, materials, inventory, and warehouse-related business processes.
• Assist with basic EDI and IDoc monitoring and transaction-flow troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams when issues require further investigation.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP functional experience or extensive relevant hands-on SAP business-user experience.
• Fluent Spanish and English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to train and support operational users.
• Availability to work on-site in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Functional Experience

• Strong SAP PP experience is required for the primary SAP consultant profile.
• Exposure to SAP MM, IM, and WM is preferred.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, procurement, inventory, or warehouse processes.
• Basic knowledge of SAP EDI and IDocs, including interface monitoring and transaction flows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• SAP certification in PP, MM, or S/4HANA.
