Role Details

• Job Type: Fulltime, Permanent

• Work Location: Onsite - Tokyo, Japan (Onboarding will happen in Trivandrum. After onboarding, in 1 or 2 months candidate will travel to Japan. For visa processing candidate has to be in Trivandrum)

Experience:

3+ years of experience in Web applications development with exposure to customer-facing roles. Experience working with Japanese clients or in a bilingual environment is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, Windows, and Linux OS
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity (equivalent to Basic Information Technology Engineer or CompTIA Security+)
• Experience working proactively on tasks
• Ability to communicate flexibly with client representatives and team members

[Recommended Skills

• Experience operating SIEM, security devices (security appliances), and cloud services
• Alert analysis and packet analysis for security devices (FW, IDS, EDR, etc.)
• Utilization of OSINT tools

[Employment Type

• Two-shift rotation: day shift (9:00 AM - 9:15 PM) and night shift (9:00 PM - 9:15 AM the following day)
• Initially (2-3 months): 10:00 AM - 6:45 PM

Qualifications

• B.E in Computer Science, IT, or related fields

• Japanese Nationals/ Foreigners with JLPT N2 or higher certification in Japanese language
