We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Homecare Branch Manager Supervisor to lead our home healthcare operations. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily homecare branch operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service delivery
- Oversee medical office management functions such as patient records, billing, and documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and JCAHO standards while maintaining patient confidentiality and safety
- Manage fiscal responsibilities including budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to optimize branch performance
- Lead human resources activities such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development for nursing, medical administrative support, and caregiving teams
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate acute care, managed care plans, utilization management, and other clinical services
- Utilize clinical management systems like Dentrix or Eaglesoft to streamline office workflows and improve patient experience
