About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and partner closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent across Media, Communications, Broadcasting, and Corporate Functions.

The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with strong stakeholder management skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through onboarding.

· Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and recruitment priorities.

· Source, attract, and evaluate qualified candidates for Media, Communications, Broadcasting, and Corporate roles.

· Conduct resume screenings, candidate assessments, and initial interviews in English and Spanish.

· Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using sourcing tools, databases, and recruitment platforms.

· Manage candidate records, requisitions, and recruitment workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

· Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, feedback collection, and offer-related activities.

· Support onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to start date.

· Provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders and maintain effective communication throughout the hiring process.

· Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience while meeting recruitment goals and timelines.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.

· Proven experience recruiting for Media, Communications, Broadcasting, or corporate functions.

· Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal.

· Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.

· Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
