The Opportunity

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Bilingual English/Spanish Medical Assistant to join our Urgent Care team. This is a full-time position working a Monday - Friday schedule. If you thrive in a high-energy clinical setting and love making a real difference for patients when they need it most, we want to hear from you.

This is a dual-role position. The right candidate will be comfortable moving seamlessly between clinical back-office duties and front desk responsibilities as clinic needs require. Versatility and a team-first mindset are essential along with proficiency with the Spanish language.

What You Will Do

  • Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints
  • Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments
  • Perform and process drug screenings in accordance with established protocols
  • Administer injections, perform EKGs, and conduct point-of-care testing
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
  • Support the front desk and check-in process including patient registration, insurance verification, and co-pay collection
  • Ensure smooth patient flow from arrival through discharge
  • Ensure exam rooms are stocked, clean, and ready between patients
  • Deliver a warm, professional experience to every patient who walks through our doors

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience, preferably in an urgent care or fast-paced clinical setting
  • Working knowledge of front desk and patient check-in processes — this role requires comfort and confidence in both the front and back of the clinic
  • Familiarity with drug screening collection and chain-of-custody protocols
  • Proficiency or working knowledge of eClinicalWorks (eCW)
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume environment
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
  • Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must and strongly valued in our community

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay commensurate with experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Opportunities for growth within a thriving multi-specialty group
