Location: Denison, TX with travel Across OK & TX
Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday (occasional weekends)
Pay: $18.50/hr. during training | $7.25/hr. + piece rate after training + contest bonuses

Essential Functions:
- Climb fixed, portable, and extension ladders—up to 125 feet—multiple times daily.
- Work from elevated platforms for up to 70% of your day—while always staying safe.
- Install and maintain billboard signs, including posters and bulletins.
- Lift and carry up to 100 lbs. using safe lifting techniques.
- Operate and learn to use tools like welders, oxygen/acetylene torches, chainsaws, compressors, and more.
- Travel extensively across Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Kansas, Arkansas, and Louisiana (hotels and $30/day meals paid!).
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Follow safety protocols without exception—your life depends on it!
- Weekly Schedules may require long days (sunup to sundown). When Schedule is completed, the workweek could end.
