Invoice 수취 및 분류
- Ocean Import Group Email 모니터링
- CDC 화물 식별 : Consignee / Drop 장소 확인
AP 장표 정리 및 데이터 가공
- FNS System 내 HBL/Container No. 조회 및 매칭
- RPA 인식 데이터 Pivot Table 변환 및 양식 표준화
- PDF 및 이미지 형식 인보이스 수기 입력 및 장표화
정합성 검증 및 Tariff 대조
- 자동 생성 Tariff와 청구 금액 1차 비교
- Pier Pass & Port Check 비용 별도 파일 관리
- 금액 불일치 건 (Dispute) 사전 분류
Settle 생성 및 마감
- System Upload (STL) 및 중복 Settle 체크
- Expense List 작성 / Off-set 관련 확인
- 최종 Settle 생성 후, Fix 요청 및 마감 보고

자격요건:

학사 학위 이상 우대
MS Office 활용 능력 필수 (특히 Excel 능숙자)
