In the role of Billing Specialist 1, we'll count on you to\:
- Work with a team of billing professionals to prepare system generated invoices to provide accurate and timely billing using HDR accounting software.
- Implement contract requirements while maintaining company controls.
- Set up contract and billing terms within HDR accounting software
- Generate a high volume of customer invoices as directed by Billing Managers
- Work with user departments to assure customers requirements are met
- Ensure the accurate and timely billing of clients while complying with company policies.
- Track and document contract billing requirements for customers
- Research and correct billing issues
- Test new software functionality
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high volume billing environment and/or experience within the A/E/C industry preferred
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Oracle E-Business Suite experience
- Local candidates preferred
