Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Excel intermediate - advanced.
• English - intermediate.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in related areas, working in invoicing, AR, AP, collection or controlling.
• Experience in logistics, transport or automotive industry (desirable)

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the billing process, including invoice receipt, validation, processing, and accounting registration.
• Review and process invoices through different systems and platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with the relevant areas.
• Review and reconcile supplier statements, following up on inquiries and resolving outstanding issues.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal policies throughout the billing process.
• Support internal and external audits by providing the required financial information and documentation, and prepare month-end provisions.
