Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Excel intermediate - advanced.
• English - intermediate.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in related areas, AR, AP, and working with ERP systems.
• Experience in logistics, transport or automotive industry (desirable)

Main Responsibilities

• Issue and manage customer invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
• Manage accounts payable, review payment requests, and ensure accurate and timely vendor payments.
• Perform customer and vendor account reconciliations, validate statements, and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing activities by validating financial data, reconciling accounts, and preparing aging reports.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data, manage vendor onboarding, and ensure the integrity of billing and accounting systems.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to address billing inquiries, support audits, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
