Position: fulltime, Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Billing of customer/carrier invoices
- Billing of company drivers & owner operator loads.
- Work with all dispatchers and operations to settle loads correctly.
- Communicate with customers about issues that may arise.
- Understand TMW Software
- Knowledge of company codes that are created and associated with drivers, owner operators, customers, and carriers to ensure paperwork is billed correctly.
- Daily scanning of driver and brokerage paperwork
- Enter billing rates and adjust based off terminal instructions as noted.
- Transflo paperwork into system
- Answer phones
- Filing
- Attend and contribute to weekly/monthly department meetings.
- Ride along with company driver, gain an understanding of driver operations and work completed within their daily functions.
