Billing Support Assistant

We are looking for a Billing Support Assistant who will help keep billing processes for our foreign entities accurate and efficient. In this role, you’ll handle invoices and bank transactions, take part in intercompany reconciliations, and help improve the processes and templates the team relies on.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze monthly bank transactions of foreign companies;
• Collect, organize, and securely store invoices to support VAT reporting for foreign companies;
• Assist with invoicing, including checking and verifying issued invoices;
• Take part in monthly intercompany reconciliations and the ongoing billing process for legal entities operating in foreign jurisdictions;
• Work closely with the finance, accounting, and external audit teams;
• Update and improve billing processes, procedures, and templates to increase efficiency and reduce errors;
• Handle ad hoc tasks as needed.

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field;
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to explain and defend your financial conclusions;
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Will be a plus:

• 1+ year of experience in treasury, accounting, financial analysis, or a related field, with a good understanding of financial reporting and invoicing.
