BIM Architect

Job Specification: Senior BIM Architect / BIM Coordinator Company: Boutique Design Studio Location: Dubai, UAE (In-person / Local candidates only) Experience Required: 9-15 Years Availability: Immediate to Short Notice Preferred Our client, a prestigious design studio based in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Architect / BIM Coordinator to join their growing team immediately. This role is ideal for a senior professional who bridges the gap between high-end architectural design and advanced technical execution. You will take ownership of BIM workflows, manage complex models, and ensure the seamless delivery of luxury Residential, Villa, and Hospitality (Hotel) projects across the Middle East region. Key Responsibilities * BIM Management & Coordination: Lead, setup, and maintain BIM/Revit models from concept design through to construction documentation. * Clash Detection & Resolution: Conduct clash detection, visual reviews, and coordinate seamlessly across multiple disciplines (Structural, MEP, Interior Design). * Standards & Compliance: Establish, implement, and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and protocols within the studio to ensure model health and QA/QC. * Architectural Production: Produce high-quality, detailed architectural drawings, construction packages, and documentation utilizing Revit. * Team Mentorship: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and daily mentorship to junior architects and draftspersons on Revit best practices.

Candidate Requirements * Experience: 9 to 15 years of solid experience in architectural design and BIM coordination. * Regional Expertise: Proven track record working on Residential, High-End Villas, and Hotel/Hospitality projects specifically within the GCC/Middle East region. * Software Mastery: Advanced, expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud. Proficiency in Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Rhino is highly desirable. * Location: Must be currently based in Dubai and available for face-to-face interviews. * Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent. BIM Certification is a significant advantage. * Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal design teams.
