BIM/CAD Operator

- Should have PMCM building construction project experience. - BIM/CAD Operator should have 10 years of experience and is to support the design department to ensure BIM/CAD is implemented appropriately. - Assist the project team in the BIM delivery. - Has knowledge of the BIM/CAD process. - Develop and assist project teams in BIM project setup. - Assist in implementing BIM training modules for staff and provide technical BIM support for the section. - Ensure that the design standards align with QPM/Client's CAD / BIM / GIS strategy and link appropriately with the wider business.

- Participate in the process of developing BIM standards and policies for projects across ODP. - Develop BIM Civil 3D templates in coordination with the concerned department. - Develop BIM Object libraries in coordination with the concerned department. - Provide guidance and assistance with design projects to ensure they are set up and progress optimally. - Managing BIM processes e.g., 3D designs coordination and clash detection; and when required, undertake reviews of BIM submissions or designs to ensure compliance with ODP standards. - Support the preparation of conceptual designs using 3D or CAD drafting tools. - Support on site in order to validate or collect information to update As-Built CAD drawings/BIM models when required.
