ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are partnering with a leading A1 Main Contractor delivering major building developments across Singapore. We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination, resolve design clashes and support efficient project delivery across complex building projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, coordinate and maintain BIM models and construction drawings.
• Coordinate Architectural, Structural and M&E models across project disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and identify potential design and construction conflicts.
• Work closely with consultants, subcontractors, engineers and site teams to resolve BIM coordination issues.
• Prepare and update coordinated models, shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Participate in BIM and technical coordination meetings.
• Manage model revisions, drawing updates and BIM documentation.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, specifications and submission requirements.
• Support project and site teams with BIM information throughout construction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building, Construction, BIM or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in BIM coordination for building construction projects.
• Main Contractor experience in Singapore will be highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD preferred.
• Experience coordinating Architectural, Structural, C&S or multidisciplinary BIM models.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, clash detection and BIM coordination processes.
• BIM Coordinators and experienced BIM Modellers ready to progress are encouraged to apply.
• Strong technical coordination, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
