BIM Coordinator
We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to support our BIM and digital construction projects in Singapore.
THE ROLE
You will work with our BIM and project teams to coordinate BIM models, drawings and project information. You will help ensure that BIM information is accurate, up to date and properly coordinated.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate BIM models for architectural, structural and MEP works
- Review BIM models and identify clashes and coordination issues
- Work with project teams to resolve BIM issues
- Prepare and update BIM models and drawings
- Support BIM coordination meetings and follow up on action items
- Check BIM models against drawings and project requirements
- Maintain and organise BIM files and project information
- Support project teams with BIM-related requirements and submissions
- Prepare BIM reports and coordination reports
- Work with engineers, consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues
- Support the implementation of BIM and digital construction workflows
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, BIM or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of BIM experience
- Good knowledge of Revit and Navisworks
- Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection
- Good understanding of construction drawings and construction processes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Willing to learn new BIM and digital construction technologies
