Manage on-site technical and BIM coordination to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and coordinate design reviews while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and contractual standards in a dynamic construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee on-site technical matters, including BIM coordination, to support seamless project execution
- Monitor and track project progress to ensure site activities align with the master schedule
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly to prevent project delays
- Prepare and maintain accurate, timely project reports for management review
- Coordinate and review structural and M&E design details to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to develop and implement effective technical solutions
- Ensure all works comply with company quality standards, safety guidelines, and contractual requirements
- Adapt and respond effectively to challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficient in MS Project and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of BIM software is an added advantage
- Strong technical and analytical capabilities
