BIM Coordinator

Salary package: Basic + Allowance + OT Pay + Bonus

Location: Alexandra Road

Key Responsibilities

• MEP Modeling & Detailing: Generate shop drawings, section details, plant room layouts, and As-Built models in Revit based on structural and architectural reference drawings.

• Spatial Coordination & Clash Analysis: Conduct trade coordination using Navisworks Manage to optimize space planning and resolve spatial clashes prior to installation.

• Project & Site Support: Collaborate with Project Managers and Site Engineers, attending design meetings and site walk-throughs to clarify technical drawing details.

• Independent Execution: Manage drafting timelines, update drawings across project phases, and solve design integration issues with minimal supervision.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Experience: 2–8 years of relevant MEP drafting and modeling experience in a contractor environment

• Software Proficiency: Well-versed in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage

• Core Competencies: Strong spatial awareness, independent worker requiring minimal supervision, proactive problem-solving mindset, and effective communication skills
