BIM Coordinator / Senior BIM Coordinator (Mechanical)
Responsibilities
- Design & drafting of MEP layout, section details, space management planning and plant room details.
- Able to carry out detailing & co-ordination drawing.
- Responsible for preparation of shop drawings, and As-Built drawings using Revit software.
- Obtain relevant information from architectural drawings, structural, other discipline drawings.
- To assist Project Manager/ Engineers on coordination, planning and visiting job sites/meetings when necessary.
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only
- Minimum Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 3-8 years relevant experience in contractor environment
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Familiar in Revit, Navisworks Manage
