BIM Coordinator [SL]

Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Develop, update and maintain drawings using BIM models in Autodesk Revit.

Ensure accurate and timely sharing of drawings and technical information among all relevant parties.

Monitor drawing production schedules and site progress to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Implement quality management procedures, maintain quality records, analyse inspection results and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Convert 2D AutoCAD drawings into 3D models and drawings where required.

Ensure compliance with BIM standards and the specified Level of Development (LOD).

Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with project quality, environmental, health and safety requirements.

Coordinate inspections, rectification works and project handover activities to meet client expectations and applicable quality standards, including CONQUAS and QM requirements.

Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
