BIM Design Coordinator

Main responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary design coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Manage BIM coordination processes, including model integration, clash detection, and issue resolution.
Review and monitor design deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and constructability.
Coordinate technical communication between consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain effective control of project drawings, revisions, and technical documentation.
Support construction teams by providing design clarification and resolving technical challenges.
Monitor and document design changes while assessing their impact on project delivery.
Prepare coordination reports, track project design issues, and ensure timely resolution of technical matters.
Promote best practices in BIM implementation, design management, and project coordination.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of experience in BIM coordination, design management, or construction project coordination.
Proven experience within building or residential construction projects.
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design coordination and BIM workflows.
Experience working with consultants, contractors, and project delivery teams.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard BIM and design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Open to applicants willing to relocate.
