BIM Designer

We are seeking a skilled BIM Designer to join our dynamic team in Karnataka or Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and will be responsible for creating detailed designs and models for mechanical assemblies and MEP systems using Revit and AutoCAD. As a BIM Designer, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all designs meet project specifications and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain 3D models and drawings for mechanical assemblies and MEP systems using Revit and AutoCAD. - Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient design processes. - Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts in coordination with other disciplines. - Prepare and present design documentation and reports to clients and stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and methodologies to enhance project delivery. Required Skills: - Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit and AutoCAD. - Strong understanding of mechanical assemblies and MEP systems. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in BIM.
