BIM Designer

We are seeking a skilled BIM Designer to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and will be responsible for creating detailed models and designs for mechanical assemblies and MEP systems. As a BIM Designer, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all designs meet project specifications and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD software. - Collaborate with project teams to integrate mechanical assemblies and MEP systems into overall building designs. - Ensure accuracy and quality of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. - Conduct clash detection and resolve any issues that arise during the modeling process. - Prepare detailed documentation and reports related to BIM models and designs. - Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and best practices to enhance project efficiency.
