BIM Drafter
- $2,800 to $3,500
- Mon to Fri, 5 days - 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Office Location: Ubi
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update Building Information Models (BIM) for project execution.
- Produce accurate 3D BIM models and detailed technical drawings in accordance with project requirements.
- Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and construction documentation from BIM models for tender and construction purposes.
- Ensure all drawings and models are properly documented and prepared for project submissions.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and project compliance.
- Perform model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts.
- Support project site coordination activities when required.
- Provide technical support to the Sales team during pre-sales presentations and post sales project discussions.
- Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with company and project requirements.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modelling, drafting, or a similar role within the construction or building industry
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with visualization and rendering software such as SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and project workflows particularly in Public industrial and hyperscale data centres
