As a BIM Drafter, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Prepare and develop detailed drawings and designs for Electrical and ACMV systems.

• Carry out quantity take-offs for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services, including documentation for submissions and procurement.

• Conduct site inspections, verify installation works, and assist with testing and commissioning activities.

• Produce construction drawings and provide technical support throughout project execution.

• Coordinate with clients, civil contractors, architects, and other M&E contractors to resolve interface issues and technical queries.

• Perform duct sizing calculations manually and using duct sizing and checking software.

• Design and size mechanical ventilation fans, grilles, and diffusers.

• Assist senior modelers with Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and authority submissions.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Mechanical field or equivalent certificate from BCA BIM modelling course.

• Must possess working experience in ACMV or HCU.
