BIM DRAFTER

Prepare and develop 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.

Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, detailed drawings and as-built drawings.

Develop BIM models for architectural, structural and M&E services, according to project requirements.

Ensure drawings and models comply with approved design drawings, project specifications and authority requirements.

Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural and M&E disciplines.

Identify and report clashes between pipes, ducts, cable trays, structural elements and other building services.

Assist the engineering team in resolving clashes and updating coordinated models.

Attend BIM coordination meetings and incorporate agreed changes.

Update as-built drawings and BIM models based on actual completed works.

Incorporate approved site changes and installation records.

Assist in preparing final BIM models and documentation for project handover.

Ensure drawings and models are submitted according to project requirements.
