BIM-Focused Tender Architect/Engineer

Analyzing tender documentation and developing technical proposals. Drafting technical reports, preparing graphic documentation, and editing tasks. Modeling and rendering buildings or building components. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Building Engineering. Knowledge of public procurement regulations. Ability to work effectively within a team with a proactive mindset. Creativity and strong aptitude for research. Prior experience in design firms or construction companies is preferred. Excellent command of Italian (written and spoken).
