Lead BIM implementation, standards, workflows, and model quality across projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish BIM execution standards, templates, naming conventions, and model protocols.
- Review models for quality, coordination, information completeness, and compliance.
- Guide BIM coordinators/modelers and support client BIM requirements.
Qualifications
- Degree/diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
- 5+ years of BIM experience with demonstrated leadership.
- Advanced Revit and familiarity with Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, and BIM standards.
