Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes, standards, and workflows across the project lifecycle.
- Develop, maintain, and oversee the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and ensure compliance by all project stakeholders.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across Civil & Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.
- Manage BIM activities during the construction stage, including model coordination, clash detection, design reviews, and issue resolution.
- Support Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) initiatives.
- Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and work closely with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure effective collaboration.
- Monitor BIM deliverables, model quality, and data integrity to meet project requirements and objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM management experience, with proven experience in establishing BIM processes, procedures, and project frameworks.
- At least 3 years of experience managing BIM during the construction stage and/or successful delivery of a Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Certified BIM Management qualification.
- Strong understanding of Civil & Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.
- Proven experience in project management and multidisciplinary coordination, preferably on large-scale or complex projects.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other BIM-related software.
- Practical experience in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to perform effectively in fast-paced project environments.
