BIM Manager:

At least 6 years of Singapore experience in Architectural and Structural BIM modelling and coordination for commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, or educational projects under a main contractor.
Strong understanding of shop drawing development and multidisciplinary coordination requirements during the construction stage
Ability to set up and manage BIM models from 3Dto 6D implementation
Proven capability to lead VDC meetings
Manage the project BIM team.
Good presentation and communication skills.
