Position: BIM Manager - Upto SGD 12,000 per Month

Eligibility: Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Singapore

Working Hours: 5-Day Work per Week (Monday–Friday)

Salary Package: Competitive Salary (Highly Negotiable) + AWS + Variable Bonus (upto 3 Months), OT Paid

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are partnering with a leading A1 Main Contractor delivering large-scale Healthcare, Commercial, Residential and Mixed-Use developments across Singapore. With multiple newly awarded projects and continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM implementation, digital coordination and multidisciplinary design integration across major building construction projects. Candidates with exposure to Architectural, Civil & Structural and MEP disciplines will be highly regarded.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage BIM implementation across large-scale building construction projects.
• Develop, implement and maintain BIM standards, procedures and digital construction workflows.
• Oversee the development, review and coordination of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate BIM activities with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to ensure effective design integration.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary BIM coordination across Architectural, Civil & Structural, MEP and other project disciplines where applicable.
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings and resolve design, technical and constructability issues.
• Review BIM deliverables, drawings and models to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to BIM Coordinators, BIM Modellers and project teams.
• Support digital construction initiatives and promote BIM best practices across projects.
• Ensure compliance with company BIM standards, project requirements and relevant authority regulations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Director or Management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of BIM experience within the building construction industry.
• Proven experience as a BIM Manager or BIM Lead managing BIM teams on large-scale building construction projects is essential.
• Strong multidisciplinary BIM coordination experience involving Architectural, Civil & Structural and M&E disciplines.
• Good exposure to Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) coordination will be highly advantageous.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and other BIM collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), clash detection, model coordination and digital construction workflows.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple project teams and delivering BIM milestones within project schedules.
