BIM Manager

About our client: Our client is an established M&E engineering contractor in Singapore

About the role:

• Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and governance across projects.
• Establish and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), protocols, and coordination workflows.
• Lead and manage BIM teams, including BIM Coordinators and BIM Modellers.
• Oversee BIM coordination, clash detection, model quality audits, and project deliverables.
• Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and digital collaboration processes.
• Ensure BIM implementation aligns with ISO 19650, BCA requirements, and client standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination and constructability reviews.
• Support 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM workflows and digital project delivery initiatives.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to BIM team members.
• Explore and implement emerging technologies such as Digital Twin, VDC, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Support tender submissions and BIM-related digital delivery initiatives.

About you:

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Services, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of BIM experience, with at least 3 years in a BIM leadership role.
• Proven experience managing BIM delivery across multiple projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, and other BIM collaboration tools.
• Good knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), CDE, and information management practices.
• Familiar with BCA BIM requirements, CORENET submissions, and Singapore regulatory frameworks.
• Experience developing BIM standards, templates, libraries, and workflows.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Data Centres, Mission Critical Facilities, Healthcare, Industrial, or large-scale commercial projects will be an advantage.
• BIM or Autodesk professional certifications will be an added advantage.
