BIM Coordination & Model Management

• Manage and coordinate MEP BIM models for Electrical, HVAC, ELV, Fire Fighting services.
• Develop and maintain coordinated LOD 300 / LOD 350 / LOD 500 models as per project requirements.
• Review BIM models for constructability and design compliance.
• Carry out model coordination and clash detection, coordinate with respective disciplines and ensure timely closure of clashes.
• Ensure models are updated based on approved RFIs, DCNs, design changes and site requirements.
• Coordinate with Design Engineers to translate design intent into coordinated and constructible BIM models.
• Prepare and issue MEP shop drawings from coordinated BIM models for internal/client submission.
• Coordinate BIM requirements with consultants, clients, vendors and site teams.
• Prepare and present clash reports, coordination status and model progress.
• Track BIM-related comments and ensure timely closure of coordination issues.
• Coordinate with external BIM agencies/vendors, monitor their deliverables and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Carry out BIM-based material take-off (MTO) and ensure quantities are extracted accurately from coordinated models.
• Ensure BIM models and shop drawings are aligned with the latest approved design, specifications and construction requirements.
