ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are partnering with a leading A1 Main Contractor delivering major building construction projects across Singapore. Due to multiple ongoing and upcoming developments, we are seeking an experienced BIM Manager (M&E) to lead BIM implementation, M&E coordination and multidisciplinary digital construction delivery across large-scale building projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage BIM delivery for M&E works across large-scale building construction projects.
• Oversee the development and coordination of BIM models across Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural and Civil & Structural disciplines.
• Lead BIM coordination with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to resolve clashes, design issues and M&E service interfaces.
• Manage BIM standards, model quality and timely delivery of project BIM requirements.
• Review BIM models, coordination drawings, shop drawings and as-built documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to BIM Coordinators, BIM Modellers and project teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Strong BIM experience within the building construction industry.
• Experience as a BIM Manager, BIM Lead, Assistant BIM Manager or similar senior BIM position.
• Strong M&E / Building Services BIM coordination experience, with Architectural and Civil & Structural coordination exposure advantageous.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and relevant BIM platforms.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
