BIM Manager [SL]

Lead the checking and coordination of shop drawings and as-built drawings across architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist subcontractor works.

Review project specifications, shop drawings, and technical clarifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Prepare and monitor shop drawing and material sample schedules in line with the procurement programme.

Coordinate the submission, review, and approval of shop drawings and material samples with consultants.

Manage the receipt, distribution, and issuance of consultant drawings and shop drawings to relevant project teams.

Liaise with consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to resolve design discrepancies and technical issues.

Support the project team in coordinating technical matters and resolving construction-related design issues.

Organise and chair design coordination meetings with consultants and subcontractors.

Assist the contracts team with variation claims arising from design changes.

Maintain accurate records of drawing submissions, approvals, revisions, and related documentation.
