BIM Modeler

Salary: $3,000 - $4,500 (Based on Experience)

Location: Ubi

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities:

• Interpret architectural and structural drawings to develop and update BIM models

• Create, modify, and maintain BIM models and object families

• Prepare BIM files and documentation according to project requirements

• Maintain model revisions and version records in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)

• Coordinate with project teams to obtain technical information and resolve modeling issues

• Assist BIM Coordinators and Managers with multidisciplinary coordination

• Attend site meetings and technical discussions when required

• Support project planning, coordination, and documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline

• Relevant BIM modeling experience, including internship experience, is acceptable

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for architectural modeling

• Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD Civil 3D for structural modeling

• Familiar with BIM standards, modeling procedures, and project documentation

• Able to interpret technical drawings and construction specifications

• Good coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
